PRIVACY POLICY

Who we are

This policy is published by Meridian Works LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Rochester, Michigan, USA ("Meridian Works," "we," "us"). It covers our iPhone game Reachward: Mine the Outer Reach ("Reachward" or "the game") and this website.

Reachward

Reachward is designed to work without collecting information about you.

• No accounts or sign-in. You never create an account with us.
• No advertising. The game contains no ads and no advertising SDKs.
• No analytics or tracking. The game includes no third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or attribution SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites.
• Game data stays with you. Your save file and settings are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, your save also syncs through your own iCloud account (see below).

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we don't collect any.

In-app purchases

Reachward offers optional in-app purchases. They are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details, or Apple Account information. The game keeps its own record of which items it granted, and that record is stored inside your save file on your device and in your iCloud.

Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

iCloud saves

If you're signed in to iCloud, Reachward uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage to sync your save between your devices. This data is stored in your iCloud account, under Apple's control. Meridian Works cannot access, read, or delete it.

Crash reports from Apple

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with crash reports and basic diagnostic information. Apple prepares these reports; they help us fix bugs and don't identify you to us. You can turn this off at any time in your iPhone's Privacy & Security settings.

Outside links

The game's Discord button opens our community server in your web browser. The game itself sends no information to Discord or to us. Once you leave the game, the outside service's own privacy policy applies, including Discord's.

This website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no trackers, and it has no forms.

• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google's Fonts privacy FAQ.

Emailing us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply and to help with your request. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't share your message with anyone. Mail sent to our domain is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an inbox hosted by Google Gmail. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Children

Reachward does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Deleting Reachward removes the game data stored on your device.
• You can stop iCloud syncing by turning off iCloud for Reachward in your device's iCloud settings. Data already stored in your iCloud is managed through your Apple Account.
• You can stop sharing crash reports with developers in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
• To ask about, or request deletion of, any email you've sent us, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if a future update adds a feature that handles personal data, we will update this page and its effective date before that change takes effect.
